This is my first time using this shop. Staff is friendly and those who I spoke with are knowledgeable. I noticed a difference immediately while driving. They have a great selection of tint which include higher uv blockage. If you are looking for tint, have it done here. They have a waiting area as well.. Call and make an appointment Lifetime warranty is hard to beat. UPDATE: I have updated my review to five stars from four, here's why. After having my windows tinted, there was a small issue with one of the windows but it was fixed on the spot, no questions asked after I pointed it out.(reason for 4 stars). After I left I received a call from a staff member asking what I thought they could do to make it better, so I shared my thoughts.This type of reach out where they took the time to reach out to be better, to earn those five stars is exactly why I recommend this place. They earned the fifth star. Thank you Pulse Audio not only for doing an amazing job on my windows, but for having the right people to make you a stronger business.

UPDATE- 1 hour after this review was posted I received a phone call from Junior at Pulse. He immediately has an attitude and starts ranting about inflation and saying “I should contact who caused that”. We clearly disagree and I posted my honest review with this business that he clearly didn’t like. Instead of handling this professionally he just continued arguing and having an attitude over the phone until I hung up on him. He also states he has “way higher paying customers and that it doesn’t matter”. So then why are you calling to argue? Again do not recommend. Very disappointed in this company. First I’ll start with I’ve had MULTIPLE vehicles done by Pulse and have always been done right…until today. I had my car brought in for window tint and they seem to think a 5 minute VERY LITTLE residue removal is worth $100! I almost thought they were kidding so I had them check with a higher up to see if that’s the real price for a returning customer for over 5+ years and that doesn’t seem to matter. Would not recommend after this experience. Go to someone more experienced and that won’t overcharge!

I don’t recommend this place for window tints. I took it the first time and they left a huge bubble on my rear windshield. I had to drive all the way back a second time in order to get it fixed. I had called a few days prior to taking it and they told me to go on a Wednesday. When I showed up the receptionist tried to send me home by telling me I needed an appointment. She also had a bad attitude and was rude. The first time I had it done I noticed a bunch of tiny bubbles and they told me it would go away within a couple days. After the second time I got it done it still has the small bubbles and they never went away. For the price and the hassle it’s not worth coming here. For the response to the owner: I did not come in last minute I came in before y’all even opened the first time, and the second time I came in at 9 AM. So I don’t understand why you’re saying I came last minute. If y’all are an appointment based business, then that should have been communicated with me through the phone considering I was polite enough to call first before heading over there. That is a fault on yalls communication. I was not rude I simply came in saying I needed it fixed and the receptionist had a bad attitude. As a business you should make sure your workers provide the best service possible instead of going after the customers. I was referred by someone thinking I would get a good job done NOT with the intention to “burn” y’all with pictures or bad intentions. Why would I drive 30 minutes from my house just to shame a business? You look unprofessional by blaming the age of my car on the quality of y’all’s work, I’ve seen cars older than mine with a much better job done. My car is also 17 years old not 20+ :) I simply left an honest review clearly this business is not professional enough to handle constructive criticism.
